If you need to cancel

• When you book a workshop, we reserve the studio and instructor(s) just for you. We understand life can interrupt plans, and we’ll always do our best to help you reschedule.** Whether you are a gift certificate guest or have purchased the workshop directly, changes made within 72 hours of your booking may be subject to a $50 rebooking fee.

Refunds

• Cancel 7 days or more in advance: receive a 50% refund.

• Cancel within 24 hours of your workshop: no refund.

• If you have booked a workshop using a gift certificate and have cancellation questions, please visit (insert link). 

• All refunds may be subject to a rebooking fee. 

Teambuilding/Great Gathering

• If your reservation is for five people or more, the cancellation policy is provided in your approved proposal.  

**For Everyone’s Health**

If you’re feeling unwell—cold sore in or around your mouth, runny nose, sore throat, cough—please contact us before your workshop. We’ll work with you to reschedule. For everyone’s health and safety, if person arrives with such symptoms, we reserve the right to kindly excuse them from the workshop or to rebook the session.  

If We Must Reschedule
Sometimes—extreme weather (+30°C or blizzards), poor air quality due to wildfire smoke, equipment issues, or government-mandated-closures—may prompt us to reschedule your workshop. When this happens, you may choose from:

• A new workshop date

• A refund

• A studio credit to be applied to a fascapple glass gallery purchase.
