12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Site or the services in any manner that is inconsistent with Fascapple Glass’s image or brand or that otherwise may harm Fascapple Glass or the Site (as determined by Fascapple Glass, in its sole discretion), including, any of the following:
a. Any action that uses technology or other means to access the Site, or other content that is not authorized by Fascapple Glass;
b. The use of a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of content, goods or services;

c. Any attempt to introduce viruses or any other computer code, files or programs that interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
d. Any action that imposes or may impose (in Fascapple Glass’s sole discretion) an unreasonably or disproportionately large load on Fascapple Glass’s infrastructure;
e. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to Fascapple Glass’s computer network or user accounts;
f. Any action that violates any provincial or federal laws or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, or gives rise to civil liability;
g. Any attempt to damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or Fascapple Glass’s servers or networks or the use of any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site;
h. Any failure to comply with applicable third party terms; and
i. Any action which defames, abuses, harasses, stalks, threatens, or otherwise violates the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

This list of prohibitions provides examples and is not exhaustive and Fascapple Glass reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate your access to your account and the Site.
